The best way to set up something like this will be to use a program like phpList which will allow multiple users to manage and send email from a variety of accounts. While you can install phpList with Softaculous, and we have a variety of support articles on the software, it is not software which we officially support. There are other 3rd party email management software suites that may ultimately be easier to use and/or more effective for your situation. I hope that gives you a good starting point though!
