how to fix primary name server not listed at parent

I've been having trouble getting my emails delivered to clients, prospects - EVERYONE! So I did an assessment using a tool. It has returned some errors and I'm trying to fix them one at a time.

So.. how do I fix this error? "primary name server not listed at parent." 

The site in question IS hosted on InMotion.
